RXT781 stair edging (nosing) comprises a PVC-u channel in a wide choice of colours with a choice of insert material that extends around the leading edge of the profile to ensure that foot contact is always made with the slip-resistant element of the stair edging.

The RXT781 is 56.5mm on the tread and 40mm on the riser to meet guidance in BS8300:2009+A1:2010. It is a bullnose, single channel profile with a 6mm gauge, and is ideal for use with carpet.

When selecting RXT751 it is recommended that channel and insert colours are matched to provide a single solid band of colour that contrasts with the surrounding floorcovering and defines the step edge, in line with BS8300:2009+A1:2010 and ADM 2004 guidelines.
