Currently we are undergoing changes to all parts of our business covering land use, buildings, raw materials, waste and transport to ensure we are effectively achieving all our goals for business, employees and our community.

At Gradus we recognise the importance of sustainable development within our business. To control and minimise the effects we have on the environment, we have a comprehensive sustainable development programme in place ensuring we fulfil our environmental responsibilities.

Fundamental to our business practice, our environmental policy is reflected within our company goals. Alongside our commitment at this core level, Gradus has a firm set of environmental objectives that define how we are continually developing operations that concentrate on achieving a dedicated approach to sustainability in areas such as legislation, waste, training and recycling.

Fully accredited to ISO 14001: 2004 we at Gradus can demonstrate the processes whereby we can identify, understand and evaluate any environmental impacts that may result from our activities, products and services.

In order to demonstrate our commitment to protecting the environment, Gradus has voluntarily taken part in an 'Eco Audit' conducted by Cheshire County Council in order to highlight any potential environmental impacts that our site activities may cause.

At Gradus we will, therefore, continue to improve our environmental performance in line with our aspirations to be recognised as a world class company.
